SUN HERON is an indie-folk band based in Nashville, TN. Their debut album "Awake, Awake" takes a capella field recordings of traditional ballad singing and reworks them into dreamy indie-folk compositions, while maintaining the emotional  story-telling that makes these ballads timeless.
